Recently, China has been punished by the strongest snow storm since last century. The traffic, electric power, gas/water supply and so on are all under serious threat because of the storm. Unfortunately, EP’s location city Hang Zhou is one of the cities that have been badly affected by it. And a lot people who are from other cities will be stay in Hang Zhou for Chinese New Year since there is an impossibility of going back home. On 25th of Oct, 2007, EP-new branch opening ceremony was held in AN JI city, China. JohnHe the president give his speech on the ceremony.
